Continuity mistake: When Sarah takes Kathryn and the police back to the bar, we get a shot of the back of her Camaro. It has no license plate and is dry. Then when Kathryn walks behind it it's wet from the rain and there's a plate saying SXY SADI.

Continuity mistake: At the start of the film, Jodie Foster runs from the bar with flat shoes on. When she's in the road screaming for help, she's barefoot. Then when she leaves the hospital and goes back to identify the rapists at the bar, her shoes are back on her feet again.

Character mistake: As the prosecuting DA finishes his statement about Kenneth Joyce to the Jury, he tampers with the Jury by assuring them they won't believe Joyce's witness testimony. And somehow the judge does not catch this or ignores it completely.
