Revealing mistake: Just after the flying scene when Lestat and Jesse land on the rail of the building, when Jesse falls you can tell for a few seconds that she is standing just below the view of the camera because her hand is just sitting there before Lestat grabs it. (00:58:00)

Trivia: There's a scene where Jesse gets out of a cab and is harassed by a scalper selling tickets to Lestat's concert. The scalper is played by none other than Jonathan Davis who performed many of the movie's original songs.

Question: In the movie they say Lestat was created by Marius but in the books Lestat was created by Magnus. This really bothers me even though I know they did it on purpose. It doesn't seem necessary to the plot so why the change?

Answer: There are already way too many characters in this movie. Adding the character of Magnus who would only be mentioned in passing was probably just considered too confusing.
