The state troopers figure out that the city cops are the ones bringing the marijuana through Spurbury. The female city cop and them bust the city cops in order to save their station. They receive a letter from the governor, and they are getting shut down anyway. Later, Ramathorn and Rabbit are shown delivering beer to a party held by the three stoner kids from the beginning. They take off their uniforms to reveal they are the new Spurbury police. They run off the rest of the kids and they end up getting drunk and stoned with the stoner kids.
