Ace discovers that his employer kidnapped the albino bat and hired Ace to make it look as though he tried his best to find the bat. He planned to eliminate the rival tribes through a civil war and use the bat caves for their guano. With the help of the jungle animals, Ace (overcoming his fear of bats) returns Chicaca to the tribe and stops the war. During the marriage ceremony, it is revealed that the Wachati Princess is no longer a virgin, thus ruining the ritual. Ace is then exposed as the one who spent the night with her and is susequently chased out of the jungle by both tribes.

Trivia: While filming the movie "Dumb And Dumber Too", Jim Carrey admitted to Jeff Daniels that he hated making this movie because he found it an offensive depiction of the native people, and he never understood why Ace, who was a lover of all animals, was afraid of bats. Jim Carrey even suggested that instead of Ace being afraid of bats, that he should be allergic to them.
Question: Greenwall says that the warrior must stand on the tower for five days. Wouldn't he die of dehydration?
Answer: As someone else said, somebody could give him water. The test might be more about staying in one place and denying himself the daily activities and pleasures of life - not having access to his usual amount of water and food.
