Corrected entry: When Dylan and Alex go to help Natalie, they have no goggles on, but when we see them travelling on the bikes, they do. (00:32:40)
Corrected entry: In the final battle scene, when Aragorn and crew are creating a "diversion" outside the gates of Mordor, everyone is on horseback. Later in the scene, when Aragorn and the other warriors charge the enemy, they are on foot. Even if they did dismount, where are the horses? (02:32:00)
Correction: In close combat with no room to manoeuvre, being on horseback can be a serious liability - the possibility of being pulled off and then killed before getting up is too high, so it makes sense to dismount. The Host would not want riderless horses around - the likelihood is that they'd spook and prove a danger to the soldiers around them - so they simply designated a couple of riders to lead the horses out of the combat zone. It would have taken some considerable time for the Mordor forces to surround them, so there was plenty of time for this to happen.
Corrected entry: God tells Bruce he can't mess with free will. However, he does when he makes Evan say lots of crazy stuff on TV.
Correction: He doesn't change Evan's mind such to make him want to say the gargled messages, he's merely controlling Evan's mouth as opposed to changing his thoughts. His will remains unchanged. On the other hand, forcing Grace to love him would be different than simply forcing her to utter the phrase "I love you" without her meaning it.
Except that Bruce is making Evan say gibberish against his own free will.
Free will is based in the mind. Bruce is only controlling Evan's body.
I think it could be argued either way. Bruce was controlling Evan physically (in addition to the gibberish he makes his voice higher), but Evan may still have had the free will to not open his mouth. We don't see the extent of Bruce's power though. Could he have forced Evan say something against his will? (i.e. something he would never say or believe). Since we don't see that, the correction seems more valid than the mistake.
Corrected entry: When Bullseye stabs Elektra, we can see that the sai enters upwards through her stomach and the protrudes through her upper back (as is seen by the stretching of her outfit). However, when he throws her down onto the next building, as she's rolling around, we can see an exit wound (a small bloody hole) in the small of her back, between where her shirt and pants don't cover up her back.
Correction: That's not a wound, that's the blood that dripped down from the wound on the upper part of her back.
Corrected entry: In the scene where Margot and Serena are starting the cheerleading routine, they yell out, "Intern class of 2003, on deck", but how is this possible when we see at the end of the first movie that Elle graduated law school in 2004?
Correction: It's not a mistake, they're just emphasizing how stupid she is.
Corrected entry: When the cars are on the highway there is a scene when the Evo is speeding past the camera at the close up angle, beside the Evo there is the grey Corvette and behind is the orange and then the blue muscle behind it. In the next shot the blue car is in front of the orange car. (00:29:05)
Correction: It's very plausible that they switched places as Brian and Rome do it all the time.
Corrected entry: In the opening scene when Will takes a shot in slow motion, as you see the bullet in slo-motion you can see Martin Lawrence react to the bullet hitting his ass before the bullet even reaches him. (00:09:15)
Correction: Either he was starting to react to the man with a shotgun, whom he was just seeing, and then his reaction switched to pain from the shock of the bullet. I've seen the movie numerous times and he seems to react just after the bullet hits him.
Corrected entry: In the scene where Tom and Sarah are in France, Tom is trying to fit the American plug in the European socket, the electricity goes out and all of the hotel is in darkness. How come Tom and Sarah's room is perfectly well lit?
Correction: At the start of that scene we see the windows in that room and it is extremely bright outside.
Corrected entry: When Nemo first finds himself in the fish tank, the starfish tries to report the dentist's actions but her voice is muffled by the glass pane. She has to pull away to talk. However, when the other fish watch the dentist, the starfish is talking perfectly normally and not muffled, even though she's pressed up against the glass again. (00:27:25)
Correction: Not exactly. If you look closely, you'll see the starfish doesn't have her mouth completely against the glass when she informs the tank about the dentist. Since we aren't shown an outer shot of the starfish's muffled voice before, it can be assumed she had her mouth right against the glass the first time.
Corrected entry: In Kimberley's premonition scene, after the log comes off the truck and goes through the cop car, you see the guy on the motorcycle locks up his brakes and falls off the bike. If you pay attention the bike starts sliding in front of him, but ends up crushing him against the Log. How in the world did he manage to get back in front of a sliding bike when he was behind it to begin with?
Correction: There is a thing in physics known as the drag coefficient. Heavier objects slide slower than lighter ones, especially when the lighter one is wearing leather and the heavy one is metal and steel.
Corrected entry: If you watch the final battle on the dock (I think it happens other times in the movie) Freddy's shirt comes up over his back revealing no burns. It's stated many times in all the Nightmare on Elm Street films (and this one) that Freddy's entire body was burned badly.
Correction: I watched it over and over, but Freddy's shirt never flies up revealing no burns.
Corrected entry: When Anna (still herself) arrives home from school, she finds her brother in her room playing with her guitar. The camera moves down the house to the open garage door, showing the faces of the confused teens. Seconds later, when they start to play, the garage door is closed.
Correction: It would have taken more than three seconds for Anna to pull the underwear on her brother's head. They could have closed the garage door in that short amount of time.
Corrected entry: Early in the movie, when the two guys running the daycare are in the foyer talking to the inspector, a boom mike is visible. It's not a theatre error, as the mike is almost level with Eddie Murphy's head.
Correction: I've searched the many scenes when they're talking to Mr. Kubitz. No boom mike ever appears.
Corrected entry: The TV show "Family Fakeout" is supposedly lasting days as they film the family. But Ruby and her friend never leave that one bedroom the whole time they are watching.
Correction: Family fakeout also has breaks too. It didn't last 24 hours. It was just on everyday. Since this is summer vacation very likely Ruby or Angela (her friend) were staying over so they don't need to get up to go to school. And since there are breaks, including commercials, they can use the breaks to go grab some food or to go to the bathroom.
Corrected entry: When Walter is sitting in front of the gas station, and the uncles are trying to talk him into coming home, the boy is holding a page from the phone book, looking at an area code map. The page says "US WEST" which did not exist in the 50s or 60s and never existed in Texas where the movie was set. US WEST was created in the 80s as a result of the breakup of AT&T and then existed only in the western US.
Correction: What might appear to read "US WEST" is actually an advert. on the back of the page that reads "LOWEST rates out of state."
Corrected entry: The cereal box Vivica A. Fox shoots out of is "Kaabooom" cereal. A little foreshadowing, no?
Correction: That's not trivia - that's just a prop joke. Obvious.
Corrected entry: When the huge magnet is functional, John's gun and the TX are drawn to it, and John and Kate run away. However, it's almost impossible there wasn't a single ferromagnetic thing on John and Kate. How come their belt clips, or the guns in John's bag, or the chargers in John's back pocket weren't drawn to the magnet?
Correction: Firstly, both the TX and Johns gun are significantly bigger than a belt clip, and the size of the objects has direct bearing on how much magnetic force will be exhibited on the object. Secondly, we don't know what the guns in Johns bag are made from, they could be porcelain or any other material OTHER than ferrous metal.
Corrected entry: In the academy scene when Martin Lawrence is going through the police chase drill, while chasing down one of the trainers, who is now on foot, he jumps out of the car while it is still moving. He tucks, rolls and gets up and runs BACK to imitate arresting a suspect (his trainer) and the police car veers off to the right while still moving forward. When the car explodes, Martin and the trainer look BEHIND them. Did the car circle around them and all the other cadets in the academy?
Correction: The movie never shows anybody turning around to look at the explosion. In fact, Earl simply just lowers his arms, and doesn't move other than that.
Corrected entry: At the concert, Isabella is walking off stage and Lizzie says to her 'wait.' Why didn't the microphone pick this up so everyone could hear it? It was obvious that the microphones were working though because right after that, she starts singing again.
Correction: How do you know that the microphone didn't pick this up?
Corrected entry: When Tiger Lily is speaking in Iroquois to Captain Hook she actually says words like, "You are the life stealer, you smell of bear poop, etc." not "Sorry, but no."
Correction: The pirate was being sarcastic by saying that that is what she said. His response was scripted that way deliberately.
Correction: These girls are spies. They are supposed to have hidden things in their clothes, shoes, etc.
