Continuity mistake: Ray places a donut that Debra throws at him on the third step and then stands up. Later the donut appears on the second step when Frank comes down the stairs. (00:19:15 - 00:20:45)
Continuity mistake: When Ray Von is walking towards the van with the inflatable in, there is only one person in the van, the driver. But when the shot changes and he is by the driver's window of the van, there is a passenger in the van also.
Suggested correction: This entry is incorrect. If you watch the scene carefully you can see the passenger's nose and mouth very slightly in the window screen, To add to this, if you look at the passenger window as the van pulls up you can see the passenger is leaning against it, obscuring him from the front window shot.
Continuity mistake: When the TV star is killed he is wearing a white t-shirt with black lettering. As he is dragged to and placed in the trunk of the car it is still visible. When the CSIs move him from the trunk onto the gurney, there is no lettering on the t-shirt.

Continuity mistake: At the start of the episode when Del walks behind Grandad's chair, the way he is holding his jacket changes between shots. (00:01:15)

Continuity mistake: When an Entertainment Weekly magazine falls onto the table and Foxxy and Clara both hold it. If you look at Foxxy's hand you see that her furry bracelets suddenly disappear and then reappear.
Continuity mistake: During the car chase, the NSA's black SUV rams into Chuck's little car. The front license plate breaks off and is hanging on by one corner. When it's backing down the stairs, the plate has somehow reattached itself perfectly to the bumper. (00:29:20)
Continuity mistake: After Cyborg is hit by the truck, he stands up and sees three Billy copies in the back of it. The one on the right has his arm behind the leg of the one in the middle. It then cuts to a close up and suddenly the one on the right has that same arm out waving at Cyborg. Also the box on the top left has dirt appear in the left corner below the lid. (00:13:25)
Continuity mistake: After Vinnie completes his lifetime of tests, Rocket proceeds to mark them and tells him that he failed some tests but that he passed his Art "with a lovely rendition of the Mona Lisa." When Rocket is seen holding up the paper and when the camera shows Vinnie sitting at the desk explaining what he actually drew, the tick on the paper is different between the 2 shots. (00:07:15)

Continuity mistake: Mandy is in the library working on her report. When she's working on the second page, the writing is scribble, and on top of a stack of paper. A second later, the page says "CORN by Mandy", and the stack of paper is gone.
Continuity mistake: When you see Perry White’s hand go to his radio to call Clark and Lois into his office, the face of the radio is seen. Then it fades to a different view of him talking to Clark and Lois, and his radio is still seen, only now the space between the top of the radio and the speaker has gotten smaller, the sides smaller, as well as the space between the speaker and the switches he was pushing. Continuity mistake: When the vendor throws the hotdog at the press conference, a lot of the toppings/condiments trail behind it. When the shot changes and the hotdog hits Mike, there are no condiments trailing behind it. (00:19:10)
Continuity mistake: After Mike's mother tells him that she heard a prowler, when it cuts to Mike and Carl showing up at her house we see that the window is wide open, but when they move in closer ordering the "sicko" to come out of the hedge, the window is closed as it should be, until Mike's mother opens it when she sees that the "pervert" is actually Kay. Continuity mistake: While trying to restart the engines after the ship is hit by the nuke's EMP, Chandler is checking the fuses while Chung is going through his checklist. There are only five visible fuses in the six available slots in the panel that Chandler is checking. After he gives the order for Chung to "give it a kick-start," the slot which previously had no fuse now does, only for it to shoot out from the start attempt.
Visible crew/equipment: When Jadzia and Melora are in the runabout talking about relationships, Jadzia mentions having to go back 150 years for a Starfleet relationship; when it cuts to Melora the boom mic can be seen coming in through the front window. (00:23:05)
Revealing mistake: At the river to cross over to Mt Weather, the vine used to swing across the river is just a standard rope, camouflaged. You can see it best when Finn recovers it after Jasper has jumped.
Visible crew/equipment: After Hutch finds the ticking box with the clown and Starsky's badge inside, when it cuts to Hutch and Dobey walking toward the squad room, the cameraman and camera are reflected on the door's glass window. (00:17:20)
Continuity mistake: Aunt Clara crashes into the pagoda and is helped up by Darrin and Samantha. They head inside and you can see Aunt Clara's purse sitting in the pagoda to the bottom left. But when all three enter the house, Aunt Clara is now carrying her purse. (01:14:00 - 01:20:00)
