Grave Risk: Part 2 - S1-E28

Continuity mistake: At the end of the battle between Jaden Yuki and Gravekeeper's Chief, just as the explosion settles, in one shot you see the Gravekeeper's Spear card to the left of Gravekeeper's Chief on the duel disk. However in the next shot Gravekeeper's Spear is replaced with Magician of Black Chaos, which Chief neither has in his deck or ever played in the match. (00:13:35)

Iron Forged in Fire: Part One - S1-E1

Continuity mistake: In Obadiah Stane’s new office of Stark International, Tony goes to see him. Just after Tony begins speaking, Stane interrupts him and waves his arm around. The arm of his shadow is right next to the shadow of his chair and overlaps. But when it cuts to a frontal view of Stane, the shadow’s change around, and there is a lot of light between the shadow of his arm and the shadow of his chair. (00:08:15)

Lion 2: The Movie - S1-E18

Continuity mistake: When Steven and Connie arrive in the armoury and the hand-shaped pedestal rises out of the floor, the pedestal is shaped like a right hand when first seen, but like a left hand for the rest of its screentime. (00:06:00)

Identity Crisis - S2-E6

Deliberate mistake: Season 2, episode 6 "Identity Crisis": When Bizarro starts decaying into the parody form of Superman, his costume goes with it; the blue fades, and even the 'S' insignia changes. Strange that superhero garments change right alongside their wearers when they suffer from an unstable genetic effect. Were the clothes cloned right onto his body, instead of sewn?

What If... Captain Carter Were the First Avenger? - S1-E1

Deliberate mistake: When Peggy and Steve are studying the map where the 107th Army division is held captive, the names on the map are nonsensical names that do not even follow German spelling or standards for place names ("Farfignugen," "Dädtenorth," and "Rosskjhberg," for instance). Most of them are also reused, appearing several times on the same map. This is most likely done deliberately so as to avoid any resemblance to real places, but still looks out of place and illogical. Wind Chimes - S1-E9

Visible crew/equipment: In the scene where Mcduff and Johnson are trying to find water since it's extremely hot, they go Under The Bed and notice Alfred under there. Look in the background, for just a split second, you can a man walk past the from the door. It's for only a split second so it's quite easy to miss. (00:06:05)

Coming Home - S1-E13

Plot hole: Amuro flies the Core Fighter to the refugee camp. Taking a plane to get just across a hill is already kinda a headshaker, especially with White Base being short on resources, including fuel that is an issue in this very episode.Anyway, he lands it in the middle of the camp, and the people there tell him to please hide it. Later in the episode, we see that Amuro indeed hid it, in the middle of some woods, covering it perfectly in branches and other things. How in the world did he get the fighter there and on his own did all the camouflage work on the huge thing, is a prodigy of off-camera work.

Audio problem: While Pickles is sniffing the ground, she asks Bob "Did you know vomit tastes bad?", but her lips don't match what she is saying.

The Mad Scientist - S1-E1

Factual error: As the beginning shows Krypton explode, there is a huge cloud of dust at the remains of the planet that then fades to nothing. Only space dust would not act like that from an entire planet exploding. It acted like dust settling on the ground and just fading away, rather than dissipating into space. (00:01:25)

Moero! Pegasus Ryuseiken - S1-E2

Other mistake: In the ending shot of the tournament bracket showing the potential future opponents, the two saints' names are written the wrong way, as "DORAGON" and "ANDOROMEDA", instead of Dragon and Andromeda. (00:22:00)
