When the shot changes to Peter's POV, the line has completely disappeared. The next shot which shows the car side on, there is now a straight white line on the road. (00:14:20)

Continuity mistake: When Stewie jumps on the picnic table and begins his dance, at one point he undoes his coveralls and removes his shirt. In the next shot he is fully clothed.

Continuity mistake: When we first see Peter lounging on the front lawn with his feet in the baby pool, there is water that has spilled out of the pool onto the lawn, but in the next shot, the spilled water is gone. (00:02:15)
Answer: Mort is Jewish, and Walt Disney was said to be antisemitic. So it would make sense in a Disney universe all the inhabitants would share his supposed beliefs.
