Other mistake: While trying to attract Dr. Cox's attention, J.D. switches off his television, using the manual on/off switch on the set itself, rendering the television inactive. After throwing J.D. out, Cox turns the television back on using the remote, and that isn't possible. He'd have to get up and switch the television on using the manual switch before the remote would operate, because J.D. didn't switch the television onto standby - the standby light goes out - he switches the television OFF.

Kelso grabs Elliot by the arm and his hand being placed on her sleeve and pull her to the side while still holding her arm, when the camera angels changes from the close-up his hand placement is lower and not on Elliot's sleeve but on her skin.
