Continuity mistake: When Sizemore goes to cut off his cast, if you look closely the sleeve is down over the cast just before he pulls out the knife. Then it's rolled up. (01:14:14)

Continuity mistake: One scene shows a Blackhawk being called into the fray from circling the city. The first outside shot shows no one inside the bay then the next shot it's full of soldiers and guys sitting with their legs dangling out. (01:12:24)

Continuity mistake: When Creasy kills the first Judicial Policeman, the scene where he cuts the guys fingers off and then shoots him in the head, he pushes the car down a hill. The first angle is from Creasy's view, and the hill is all dirt. It then cuts to a second angle from the air, the hill is now all grass. When the car hits the school playground, it looks like it fell from the sky, with no hill around. (01:22:15)

Visible crew/equipment: When Sean Penn is outside the motel with the gun, he fires three shots past Benicio Del Toro's head into the ground behind. When Benicio falls to the ground you can see an ear plug in his left ear. (01:49:05)

Continuity mistake: When Trinity is meeting with the Frenchman, the olive in his martini changes. In the first close-up shot, he only has one green olive on the cocktail stick. From then on he has two, until he eats one. (00:19:50)

Revealing mistake: When Neo and Smith are fighting at the end of the film - when Smith knocks Neo into the rafters of the room they are in, you can see Neo's face, and it's obviously Keanu Reeve's stunt double. (01:44:30)

Revealing mistake: In the subway scene, when Neo gets slammed towards the wall (and crashes into it) it's visibly Keanu's stunt double.

Continuity mistake: In the scene where Bane has the scalpel to Trinity's neck, the bloody mark below it keeps disappearing and reappearing. The scalpel changes positions too as well as the blade itself changes. (00:52:55)

Continuity mistake: When Bourne pushes Ward's head to the table and says, "I told you people to leave us alone.", you can see Ward's glasses. Two shots later his glasses suddenly disappear. (01:12:45)

Visible crew/equipment: Near the end of the movie when the convoy is heading back to the Pakistan Stadium, a Humvee stops briefly to allow a man to walk across the street with a child in his arms. When the shot changes and the Humvee begins driving again, a crew member or cameraman is seen inside the Humvee wearing a white shirt. All of the men who entered the Humvee were wearing fatigues. Continuity mistake: When Peter and White are in sudden death, White gets hit with the ball and slides backwards. In the first shot he is parallel with the words and the next shot he is perpendicular. (01:22:20)

Continuity mistake: The wound and the sleeve of the jacket on Trinity's arm changes after she's cut by one of the twins. When she's cut, the wound and rip in the jacket are thin and diagonal. As Morpheus is calling Link, the wound is not really visible and the cut in the jacket is now larger and squarer, and has changed direction on her arm. (01:21:00 - 01:22:50)

Continuity mistake: When Ace is trying to work out what Einhorn and Finkle have to do with each other, his dog sits on a photo of Finkle and its hair does not cover the face, the shot moves to Ace and then back to the dog and now its hair is covering the face of the photo without even moving. (01:03:30)

Continuity mistake: After the Halloween party, when Cady walks into Damian and Janis' house, Damian gets scared and tosses all of the popcorn out of his bowl. In the next shot of Damian his bowl is full again. (00:29:05)

Continuity mistake: As Jasmine and Aladdin pole vault across the rooftops at the beginning, her hair flies freely, but when she lands her hair is tucked neatly under her scarf once again.

Continuity mistake: Right after Budd shoots Beatrix, he kicks her sword away from her, but the sword keeps changing position in subsequent shots. Sometimes it's on the ground and sometimes it's stuck in the side of a trash can. (00:25:30)

Continuity mistake: When Bill is cutting the crusts off a sandwich towards the end, he cuts two off, goes to remove the third, then the angle changes and he's now cutting it in half. After that we hear him sweep the crusts off the board and see him hand the sandwich to BB, then a shot or two later crusts are back on the board and he cleans them off again to make another sandwich. Continuity mistake: When Jafar is holding the Sultan and Jasmine captive, Jasmine is wearing a gold band round one arm. As Jafar pushes her to the floor, it has switched to the other.

Trivia: In the waiting room of the dentist's office you can see a Buzz Lightyear action figure lying on the floor. (00:25:35)

Revealing mistake: At the beginning of the film where Robert De Niro gets into his car and it explodes, you can clearly see the cut where they have replaced him with a dummy. (00:00:50)
