Scream 2 (1997)

Audio problem: The killer replays for Gale and Dewey Randy's death. The words he uses are the same, but the pacing of his last line is off, and so is the part before; in the original scene Ghostface finished the "You'll never get the girl" line just as Randy touched the phoning bystander, but in this footage the line ends earlier than that moment. Scream 2 (1997)

Audio problem: Randy is leaving class to meet Sidney, but his classmate first asks him "So, Mr. Originality..." The camera cuts away before she finishes the sentence, but you can tell that the word that came after "So" doesn't match what the actress is saying. (00:17:20)

Scream (1996)

Audio problem: Gale exits the TV truck telling her cameraman "I'll be right back" to go with the theme of the movie. However, the line is dubbed over and Courteney Cox says something shorter and different. (01:14:25)

Scream (1996)

Audio problem: Casey's dad tells his wife to call the police. Meanwhile, he runs upstairs yelling "Casey, are you upstairs?" He reacts to his wife's line turning towards her before she says "Casey, baby?" (the mother does whisper "My God" a moment before he stops and turns too, but it was a whisper, good luck hearing that when he was rushing upstairs and shouting his line). (00:12:10)

Ghostbusters 2 (1989)

Audio problem: During the fight with the Scoleri Brothers, Egon warns doctor Stantz about the sudden apparition of the ghost coming through the wall. He yells "Behind you, Raaay!", but in the close-up Harold Ramis' mouth is not uttering "Behind you." (00:35:50)

Bionic Heart

Audio problem: It can be safely said that the dubbing of the game is on the cheap side. Not talking about the quality of the voice acting (not necessarily, at least...), but rather about the moment when at the first scene in the park a policeman receives a radio communication from another officer that appears in the transcript as "Bzzt...to all units, security code 1", with "bzzt" not being the radio sound effect, but rather the actor saying "Bzzt."

Audio problem: When Harry listens to the recording of Electro's threats to Dr. Ashley Kafka, the sentence is conveniently edited for brevity, omitting part of the original sentence ("A world without mercy"). (01:15:25 - 01:28:40)

Ghostbusters 2 (1989)

Audio problem: Dana shows up at Peter's door with poor little Oscar desperately crying after the bathtub misadventures. Is he really crying though? Sigourney Weaver does her best to hold the baby close to her and away from the camera, that shoots the scene cutting off above the mouth level. His body language is composed though, and for one moment (when Dana says "this pink goo everywhere" his mouth pops in frame and it is closed. (00:46:20)

Audio problem: It is well-established that the symbiote can communicate with Eddie telepathically and others do not hear it. However, it can also speak normally and does so plenty of times; when the two are arguing in the bathroom of the prison, we see that Venom opens its mouth and move its 'lips', which would mean the woman in the stall and Detective Mulligan can hear him - which makes no sense in the scene. (00:06:30)

Audio problem: Eddie Brock is trying to find where Carnage might be headed. To draw inspiration he listens to the recording of the last time they spoke (when incidentally he was never seen retrieving the tape). However, the lines in the recording are different takes from the original scene, spoken at a brisker pace without dramatic acting pauses. (00:38:00 - 00:42:40)

The Wicker Man (1973)

Audio problem: On his way to check out the school, the Sarge witnesses a group of kids involved in the Maypole song. During the song, a kid with a mouth harp is strumming it every single time he's in frame, but that included large parts when the instrument is in fact not part of the diegetic song.

Audio problem: In the Italian dub, starting with the match against Musashi FC ("Mambo FC"), Nankatsu's goalkeeper changes all of a sudden last name, from Alan Crocker to Alan Parker.

The X-Files Game (1998)

Audio problem: The Italian localization uses a professional cast of voice actors, including for the main roles the official dubbers of the TV series. However, there are very small filler voice clips, such as the recorded voice mail and answering machine messages, that were recorded by uncredited performers who were not even native speakers.

Flight to Hell (2003)

Audio problem: When the mysterious lens flare creature possesses the microwave oven, its door opens with a disproportionate "creaking door hinges" sound effect. Inherent phoniness aside, the noise is also continuous, but if you look at the door, it did not open in one fluid motion; the actor's pelvic thrusts as he was boinking the stewardess got in the door's path for a moment putting it to a momentary halt.
