Continuity mistake: When Alex's crate gets knocked off the ship, there is water dripping into the crate, yet in the following shots the crate is completely dry.

Other mistake: When Alex, Marty, Gloria and Melman are talking together inside the boxes, Alex has three holes in his box allowing light in for him. Melman, Marty and Gloria have that too, but Gloria's box is lying under Alex's and Marty's, so it can't get as much light - but it does.

Subway Wars - S6-E4

Revealing mistake: When Ted uses his laptop to get directions to the restaurant, Bing shows Los Angeles (where it's filmed) as their current location, instead of NY where the show is set. (00:02:15)

The One With The Girl From Poughkeepsie - S4-E10

Factual error: Ross falls asleep on the train and ends up in Montreal, where the woman he meets tells him "it's only a 2-hour ferry ride to Nova Scotia." Yeah, more like a journey of between 13 hours (12-hour car ride plus 1-hour ferry) and 23 hours (multiple bus legs plus 1-hour ferry.) The character could have been lying to Ross, but it's not presented that way at all.

Corrected entry: When the family arrives in Miami, they pass Kevin's bag until they reach an old man, dressed in shorts. In the initial airport scene, while Kevin is chasing his father, the same old man is there, dressed in a business suit.

Corrected entry: Not much point in having a purpose built workshop for a speedboat 4-5 floors above river level. As shown later in Spectre there were underground moorings and easy access to the Thames at river level.

Corrected entry: Near the beginning where all the people are being hanged, when the young boy is singing, you can see he has braces on his teeth.

Corrected entry: As Gabriel is starting the download from Woodlan to the "portable" server set up by his men, the progress bar shows "0 of 500TB used". Even with today's harddrives, one would need to carry 250 to 500 harddrives to reach this capacity.

Corrected entry: If Dr. Alfred Lanning had fallen from the massive height that he did in the film, his body would have been in a much more mangled state.

Corrected entry: Bruce is sitting in what looks like a C-130 while terrorists throw grenades in it through the window. Never mind the grenades going off too late, because they wouldn't all have made it through the small window anyway. In fact some of those grenades would've bounced back killing the terrorists also, which would've made for a surprising end to this movie. (01:17:45)

Character mistake: When Walt is in the bathroom using hydrogen peroxide to clean his leg wound he received from killing Crazy 8, he notices blood on his pants. He tries to clean the bloodstain off with a toothbrush. I think that any and EVERY chemist would know that hydrogen peroxide almost instantly removes blood stains from clothing. But, instead of using this somewhat common knowledge, Walt scrubs the stain with a toothbrush under the sink. Even if he had never heard of this 'trick', given the nature of H2O2 and Walt's understanding of chemistry, he would have realized this chemical solution immediately... Especially since he used the peroxide seconds before discovering the blood stain. (00:15:55 - 00:17:10)

Other mistake: Bender wears a magnetic bow tie. However in series 1 episode 2 it's shown magnets screw up his circuits and make him sing songs. It's mentioned in a previous entries correction that it's only when the magnet is near his head. This isn't true as it's shown in others episodes that it happens when a magnet is attached anywhere on him.

Corrected entry: In the scene where the woman and Mason match the fingerprint to Dr. Lecter they use a computer. In no part of the fingerprinting process do you use a computer, even for a match.

Trivia: The film made $400m, the lowest in the franchise, and had mediocre reviews.

Corrected entry: When Noland is casually urinating into the ocean late one night we see a light on the horizon. It can only be from a passing ship. Noland doesn't react at all, and it is directly in his line of sight. He couldn't miss it.

Other mistake: When Kate and Teddy go outside to see Santa, the time on the camera doesn't change after a minute.

Corrected entry: After Angel leaves Skinner's office to confront the shoplifter, (before Angel arrives next to him at the shelves) the shoplifter isn't putting any items into his pockets - he's merely miming the gesture.

Corrected entry: When Columbo arrives at the murder scene at the start, Anderson says that the victim was struck twice. When you see the villain committing the murder, he hits the victim more than twice.

Continuity mistake: The restricted zone where the original Jurassic Park was is to the north. After Indominus chases the kids to the waterfall, it is said in the control room that the huge dino is moving south to the crowds waiting for rides to reopen in the downtown section, drawn by the heat signatures of the gathered masses. A few scenes later, Indominus is up north again terrorizing the kids at the Jurassic Park jeep port.
