Mary Poppins

Factual error: The Robin that comes along in the movie is an American Robin, not a British Robin.

Factual error: At the end of the scene where Bert is a one-man-band, he smashes a cymbal on his forehead at the end of his song. The cymbal could not make any sound as he is holding it with both hands, preventing any vibration.

Factual error: The local police constable wears the divisional letter 'H'. H Division of the Metropolitan Police covered Whitechapel. While it is never specified where the upper middle-class Cherry Tree Lane is, it's certainly not in Whitechapel, which was a solidly working-class district in the heart of the East End. He also wears his letter and number on his helmet plate, a 19th century practice that had been abolished by 1910.

Suggested correction: Nonsense. The sequence is obviously shot on a soundstage with the cityscapes depicted by painted backdrops and matte paintings. Please specify exactly where you saw these supposed aerials.

Question: How did they film the shot with the different colour medicines coming out of the same bottle?

Answer: Most likely a variation on the "inexhaustible bottle" magic trick which has existed in various forms for hundreds of years - it relies on different chambers holding different liquids, and air holes in the bottle being covered or not change the pressure and allow the desired liquid to flow out. As the scene is one continuous shot with the entire bottle visible, this seems most likely - the air holes could be on the side away from the camera, with Julie Andrews repositioning her thumb for each colour.
