Factual error: In the movie the poles which houses are built on are situated in the water; one could swim between the poles. That's totally impossible: the poles are drilled in very wet sand (to be compared to a swamp) and you can't reach them from the canals in any way.

They all end in jail then Linus's (matt damon's) mom comes and bails them out. Catherine Zeta Jones gets together with Brad Pitt and finds out that her dead dad is actually still alive and the grand master thief. Even though they seem to loose the bet against the Night Fox, it turns out that ocean's eleven (julia roberts wasnt in the original scam) had the egg before it even got into the museum, so they got the money and the girl, again!!!

Trivia: When Topher Grace tells Rusty, "I totally phoned in that Dennis Quaid movie." he is referring to an actual film he starred in, called "In Good Company". (00:15:35)
Question: When Bruce Willis, Julia Roberts and what's left of the gang go to the museum, several people tell Willis how much they liked him in "that one movie". Then they add something like "I knew it when she didn't speak to you in the restaurant". Are they referring to an actual movie?
