Stupidity: In the bar scene, Jack gets into a fight with a guy he busted a few years back, then Reggie turns to the bartender and asks for a gun. The bartender hardly hesitates and hands it over. There is just simply no scenario where a bartender would hand a loaded gun to a patron they had just met.

Continuity mistake: Reggie's suit and white shirt never gets dirty, even though he was inside a bus which flipped over 17 times. No marks on his face or body, no blood stains or dirt on his white shirt and/or suit.
Jack: You got framed. That's what every convict says.
Reggie: Well, what about you, man? They never found that bad guy's gun out at the racetrack.
Jack: That's different.
Reggie: How's it different?
Jack: I'm a cop, you're a crook.
Reggie: Oh, get the fuck outta here! Just 'cause I'm a convict, every thin' that comes outta my mouth is a god damn lie?
Jack: That's right.
Reggie: So it's just Screw Reggie Hammond?
Jack: That's right.
