Continuity mistake: When Makkari brings the kid to safety at the beginning of the movie, a couple of her braids are behind the shoulder in the first shot, and in front of her shoulder in the next. (00:03:40)
Continuity mistake: When Sersi is interrogating the students, the one in third row who keeps drawing has a bunch of markers on his desk that keep changing position throughout the scene. (00:09:00)
Continuity mistake: Sersi asks the question about predators; two students answer mentioning lions and wolves, and do it from a position entirely different from the previous shot. (00:09:25)
Continuity mistake: When Sersi gives Dane Whitman the ring in the club, her hand goes on/off his shoulder repeatedly. (00:12:00)
Continuity mistake: When Gilgamesh hammers the Deviant into the gates of Babylon, dealing the last strike after the dramatic pose, the shadows cast by the statues don't go much further away than their pedestal. In the following long shot the 5 Eternals have a massive area of shade behind them that extends very far away from the city walls. (00:21:30)
Continuity mistake: After the presentation of the steam engine, Phastus leans against the same table as Druig. Change of angle, and he's in a different position. (00:24:40)
Continuity mistake: When Makkari peeks at the Babylonians having a scuffle, most people at the table are seated, but in the next shot it's a full fledged brawl with everyone at the tables participating. (00:26:35)
Continuity mistake: When Ikaris flubs his line in the ancient language and Sersi and he share a moment, the hair moves on/off Gemma Chan's shoulder abruptly between shots. (00:29:00)
Continuity mistake: Sersi said "Bye" to Ajak's dead body. Lights begin to flicker and Ajak's throat to pulse; before the shot changes and the camera gets closer, look at Gemma Chan's hand sliding away from the thigh. It's firmly on top of her thigh again in the next shot, and when it cuts back to the first camera angle the hand is again more to the side. (00:33:55)
Continuity mistake: Ajak is trying to calm Thena down and initially she has some success, but the crack of a musket shot brings her back into the Mahd Wy'ry, and she attacks. Notice that Ajak blocks Athena's right arm with the back of her own right arm, but in the next shot the back of Salma Hayek's arm is against the inside of Angelina Jolie's left arm, so she gets free instantly and stabs her. (00:37:35)
Continuity mistake: When Thena faces Phastos in Tenochtitlan, their exchange of blows ends with her striking a cool pose with her sword upside down. Angelina Jolie's hands are in two different positions in the two shots, though. (00:38:00)
Continuity mistake: When Phastos cures Thena's hysteric outburst by punching her lights out, he gets down on one knee to check on her. Which knee, that depends on the shot; right first, then left. (00:38:20)
Continuity mistake: When Thena wakes up from her first attack of Mahd Wy'ry, there's a close-up of Angelina Jolie opening her eyes, and her mouth. Cut to a side view, and her eyes are open, but her mouth is shut. (00:38:40)
Continuity mistake: To convince Thena that she needs to be cured erasing her memories, Ajak puts a hand on her chest. The hand rests on a different spot each time the camera cuts away from it. (00:39:35)
Continuity mistake: Kingo is a Bollywood star. When we first see him involved in the dance routine, he fixes his hair and leaves the center stage to a female dancer. Meanwhile, in the background there are male dancers entering the scene. Look at the one that occupies the first archway to the right of the center; he's in a different position (close to the guards or close to the other pillar) in separate shots. (00:44:00)
Continuity mistake: During the Bollywood shooting, take a look at what goes on onstage after Karun Patel introduced himself. At the line "You have risen, Mighty one", Kingo is directly behind his co-star and both face the camera, but they were side to side just a moment before. (00:44:20)
Continuity mistake: Sersi shows Ikaris the wonders of her smartphone filter; she presents the phone holding it just with her right hand, but in close-up she is holding it differently using also her left hand for support. (00:48:10)
Continuity mistake: During the interview that establishes that the protagonist is boring, behind Kingo you can see that there's a single seat at the back of the plane to the right of the door on the wall of posters. Kingo is talking to Sprite in front of the posters, and that chair is empty. She blurts out that Kingo abandoned her in Macedonia, and suddenly Kingo gets a reaction shot from Karun that was shooting from that seat. (00:48:30)
Continuity mistake: Gilgamesh opens the door and walks towards the oven outside. During the scene, the shadows by the oven change depending on the shot. (00:50:35)
Continuity mistake: Sersi and the others approach Thena that is painting something by some sort of tree; in the span of a few seconds the shadows cast by the tree and by Angelina Jolie's body have changed significantly (like from 3 o'clock to 6). (00:51:40)
Suggested correction: It never says that the people who live with Druig in the Amazon in the present day are descendants of the people from Tenochtitlan. Nor does it ever say that the forest outside Tenochtitlan is the Amazon. He's probably been moving around for the last five centuries just as the other Eternals have.
Necrothesp
Never ever? He literally says "Do you remember this forest? Beautiful. It's the last place we all lived together. I've protected these people for 20 generations." They split after their argument during the sack of the town. If their base of operations exterminating the mutant space dogs in Mexico was in the Amazon forest, their logistic could use some work.

Just because the last time they fought together was in Tenochtitlan doesn't mean that was the last time they lived together. They may have spent some time living peacefully in the Amazon before moving north to do their business in Tenochtitlan. And just because he's protected the people for twenty generations doesn't mean they're descendants of the people from Tenochtitlan. He may have found them later. We don't know every detail of the Eternals' history. You're just making assumptions.
Necrothesp
You are assuming the presence of a third party stranded for 500 years that the movie never showed before, different from the people that he led out of the city and that we have then to postulate he let go, in a location far off from the one of their last encounter. It's an assumption on entirely new details that you had to make up. My only assumption is to think that what is shown in the movie had purpose and fits, and someone just borked a caption.

Who says they're stranded? He just said he had protected them for twenty generations. They'd probably always lived there. You're making the assumption that they must be the same people because nobody said they weren't. But nobody said they were either. Nobody in the film ever made a connection between the people in Tenochtitlan and the people in the Amazon. No mistake has therefore been made in either the dialogue or the captions.

I noticed the same problem, the scene indicates the location as "Amazon" (it could be any of the Spanish speaking countries that have part of this forest), but then, Druig comes with the affirmation you pointed. It's obviously a geographical inaccuracy.
They don't speak Spanish in the Amazons.
