Continuity mistake: When Simon Pegg jumps from bridge to water, he has light blue sweater. Just before hitting the water, it's a lot darker. Either the jumper is a stuntman in different clothes, or the sweater is wet already. (01:15:25)
Continuity mistake: This is near the end of the movie when Charlie Brown is running to catch the Little Red Haired Girl before she boards the summer camp bus. As Charlie encounters obstacle after obstacle he runs into the "Kite Eating Tree" and asks for help. A kite falls down and he gets tangled up in the string and he is pulled away. There is no ball of string at the end. Several cuts later when everyone is amazed that Charlie Brown is actually flying a kite and following him, a ball of string magically appears and Charlie Brown is holding it while running and flying the kite.
Factual error: Throughout the movie Danielle Chuchran wears full makeup (lipstick, eye-shadow, even mascara) despite being a prisoner. All the other female characters wear no make-up at all (or if they do, it is completely inconspicuous). It should also be noted that she is an outcast that is on the wrong side of the people who run the joint, the fact that she's the only one dolled up makes no sense other than for the very non-plot related reason that she is the deuteragonist, 'good guy' and gets close-ups.
Continuity mistake: Katniss, Coin and Heavensbee are discussing Katniss staying in 13 and shooting some propo's to show she is still alive. Heavensbee has a pen in his hand that has the cap off. Camera cuts to Katniss and then back to Heavensbee and the pen lid is now replaced. In the shot of Katniss we see his arms and they do not make the motions of replacing the cap. (00:23:30)
Continuity mistake: Right at the beginning of the movie, the Sergeant pulls his jeep over and headbutts a prisoner who is carrying a Danish flag, seizing it. In the following shot he has his arms open and shoves away another prisoner, no flag in his hands. Next shot, he's standing by the bleeding prisoner, folded flag in hand. (00:02:25)
Continuity mistake: As Jake and Olivia steal a car while their enemies are shooting at them, we see a rear-view mirror. A few seconds later, Jake turns to check if they are followed, and the mirror has vanished. As they reach the safe house the mirror is back. (00:19:55 - 00:21:30)
Continuity mistake: After Noah's creepy "it got pretty wet here this weekend" joke at the family dinner table, Jennifer Lopez holds her tray in a complete different way between shots, multiple times depending on the angle. (00:29:00)
Continuity mistake: Nicholas Cage sees his ghostly son through the window of a bus, and so he rushes after him. Right at the first left turn, the natural light couldn't be any more different in the two separate shots. (00:32:30)
Continuity mistake: Right after Matt Damon wakes up from the storm, while he goes back to the base, his costume has a small backpack with a "2" written on it. After he closes the second door the scene cuts and the backpack is gone. (00:12:25)
Revealing mistake: When Benji imagines putting on a mask of an agent he plans to impersonate, when the camera pans around to first show the mirror, the mirror Benji's hands are further up on his face than the reflection, and the mirror Benji's hands move down his face slightly before the reflection starts to move them. Also, the mole that Ethan has on his left cheek isn't reversed in the mirror image. The "mirror" was actually a hole in the wall between two identical sets (one mirrored), with Simon Pegg and a Tom Cruise double in the foreground, and the mask actor and Tom Cruise in the background "mirror" set. Continuity mistake: When Frank Walker and Casey Newton get into Frank's bath to escape the robots, Frank gets in on the left and Casey gets in on the right. They get shot off but when they land in the swamp, Frank is on the right and Casey is on the left.
Character mistake: When the 3 boys and Rogers are trying to recruit scouts, they pledge to Rogers and Carter raises his left hand but in the next shot he has his right hand raised. (00:09:05)
Continuity mistake: Near the start in the bar, the blue label on John's beer keeps disappearing and reappearing instantly. (00:12:30)
Character mistake: At the truck stop, Mark (young Damian) meets with Martin. Martin tells Mark that he had the shedding pills reverse engineered and hands him a piece of paper. The percentages of the 5 ingredients only add up to 90% rather than 100%. (01:29:25)
