Continuity mistake: When the Krill shuttles land, they park on either side of the entrance to Epsilon station, but when the Orville crew are escaping, the Krill shuttles are gone momentarily (during the firefight), only to return to their proper places a moment later as the Orville shuttle takes off. Continuity mistake: Right at the start, when Zack is hanging on the tree branch, the long sneaker laces are in front of Cody's shoulder, but when Zack falls, they're gone, though the sneakers have not moved.
Bystand Me - S10-E2
Continuity mistake: While Hank, Peggy, and Bobby are asking for help picking up the papers with the dangerous ammonia and bleach recipe, a person in back of the group they are talking to that was originally wearing a dark red hat, red shirt, and blond hair switches to a pink, light blue shirt, and brown hair. A window also suddenly appears behind this individual, where there wasn't one before. (00:17:49 - 00:18:11)
The SnO.C. - S2-E5
Continuity mistake: In Series 2, Episode 'The SnOC', we see Zach punching Seth with his right fist. However, when Summer gives him some ice, he covers his left fist with it (which is now bruised and swollen).
The Ghost of General Lee - S2-E6
Continuity mistake: When the bad guys from Sweetwater county try to steal Boss' safe, you see them pushing it up a ramp into the pickup truck. But in the next shot, when Daisy calls the operator, the safe is in the corner. And when Bo and Luke go to untie Daisy, the safe is gone.
Sasuke and Sakura: Friends or Foes? - S1-E3
Continuity mistake: During the scene where Naruto and Sasuke accidentally kiss, Naruto's whiskers are gone.
Continuity mistake: When Roseanne & Jackie talk about Arnie, they act like they haven't known him long. Jackie even states, "I don't know him." Yet, in episode "Why Jackie Becomes a Trucker," Jackie sleeps with Arnie. Roseanne says all the girls made a pact in high school that none of them would ever sleep with him.
Continuity mistake: When Phil is telling Geoffrey about his day at work he takes an aspirin and drinks the water. The glass of water is almost gone. But if you look closely a couple of shots later the glass is full of water again.
Continuity mistake: While Sid is reading the messages from Effy and Tony on his phone, Effy's name is spelt 'Effie'. However, in the next shot it is spelt 'Effy'.
Continuity mistake: When Barry is getting angry at Adam downstairs he is wearing a Philadelphia flyer shirt. When Barry enters Adam's room he's wearing a Calgary Flames shirt. Then the camera shows Barry from behind he's wearing the Philadelphia Flyers shirt.
Invisible House For Sale - S4-E16
Continuity mistake: Throughout this episode, the coat rack behind Major Nelson's front door alternates between having a coat of arms decoration in the middle or nothing in the middle. It seems this episode was filmed while a set change was taking place, since previous episodes feature a hand holding a bell as the center decoration for the coat rack and following episodes feature the coat of arms decoration.
Edith's Final Respects - S9-E5
Continuity mistake: In this episode Jean Stapleton plays two characters. As Edith Bunker her earrings change from gold that curve below her lobes to white round ones later in the show.
Continuity mistake: Mr. Bean places his shoe on top of the car in the bottom right corner. But when he jumps out in front of the car, it is suddenly at the front in the middle.
Mr. Jealousy - S7-E2
Continuity mistake: When Jack and Finch are talking about Vikki barging into the office, Jack is not wearing a vest, but in the next shot he is, and when he stands up it is gone again.
The Bracelet - S1-E4
Continuity mistake: This mistake really applies to two episodes in season 1. In The Bracelet, Larry is approached by a homeless man who thanks him for the Chicken L'Orange. As a result of this (and his unkempt appearance), the women at the jewelry store will not buzz him into the store. The mistake is that Larry doesn't give this man the Chicken L'Orange until the 7th episode, AAMCO. And it is not just that the episodes aired out of order. Because in the episodes between these two, there are references that show that this IS the correct order of this season. So this becomes a circular reference that can't possibly exist.
Continuity mistake: About halfway through the series, Drake and Josh's door changes from facing the camera to facing the right (the other direction).
Episode One - S3-E1
Continuity mistake: In the Blankety Blank sketch,the village people person holds up a board saying "gay" on it, but when it switches to the long shot showing all the characters, it has changed to "massive bender". ""Massive bender" is part of another sketch involving Blankety Blank, so it's an editing problem.
Continuity mistake: When Michael tries to take Alan's big plate, Jill holds the menu in both hands. In the next shot she is holding it in just one. (00:18:25)
How Green Was My Grass - S4-E24
Continuity mistake: Before this episode (and after as well) Darrin and Samantha give their address as 1164 Morning Glory Circle, however in this episode, when Darrin slams the door, the '9' in 192 on their address spins around to make 162, hence the angry neighbor at 162 saying that his grass was installed at the Stevens' by mistake.
