Other mistake: When the subject is invisible, and the crew are attempting to return it to normal, when they inject the orange anti-serum into both the gorilla's and Caine's bloodstreams, it makes a noticeable "slooshing" noise as it rushes through their veins, which, technically, should make no noise at all.

Hollow Man (2000)
Revealing mistake: Sebastian Caine wears a latex mask and latex gloves in order to appear near-human. The mask he wears is fairly long, and covers his neck, and the tops of his shoulders and collarbone. However, there is a scene in which Linda and Matt are helping a nauseous Sebastian reach the toilet, where he vomits (invisible fluid) into it. In this scene, when Sebastian breaks free from them and runs to the toilet, we can see that his arms and chest are also visible, skin-colored. The mask he wears only reaches the very base of his neck, so it is possible that the actor playing the invisible man did not realize that the tops of his arms and chest were visible. (00:49:20)

Hollow Man (2000)
Factual error: When the crew pour liquid latex over Sebastian's head and neck, in order to create a fairly life-like mask of his face, it simply pours over his head as though he is completely bald, and he is able to remove it later by pulling it off, exactly like a glove. However, the film creators seem to forget that Sebastian has quite a thick head of hair, and technically, when they pour the latex over his head, it should stick and/or pour along the outline of his hair. Whilst drying, the mask should equally have stuck to his hair and become very difficult to remove, and yet as they create the mask, no hair appears to exist on Sebastian's head. They did not shave Sebastian's head - later in the film he falls into a swimming pool and we see a clear outline of his entire body, with a full head of hair. (00:47:15 - 00:48:30)

House of Wax (2005)
Continuity mistake: After having shot Bo with a stolen crossbow, Carly and Nick search the Sinclair house for help. When Carly comes across a drawer filled with newspaper clippings and childhood photographs of the Sinclair brothers, Bo and Vincent are seen on these photos as having very fair, almost light brown hair, and yet in the film, the adult brothers both have very dark black hair. It is possible that they could have dyed it in the past, but considering one is a deranged psychopathic killer and the other his simple-minded disfigured sidekick, this seems very unlikely (admittedly, hair color can grow darker over the years, but not the the extent of changing color completely, and the photos of Bo and Vincent show them around 5 or 6 years old, not toddlers). House of Wax (2005)
Continuity mistake: After Vincent has stabbed Blake in the neck at the campsite, a terrified Paige runs for her life and tries to hide in a large dark building (the abandoned sugar mill). Whilst she is running through dark hallways, she passes through patches of moonlight and we see that her eyes are dry, and her face doesn't exactly show an expression of terror (Hilton's poor acting perhaps?). However, seconds later, she crouches down to hide and the lights are turned on, and we see that she is crying and tears are streamed across her face, yet she was not sobbing nor crying before she crouched down, merely screaming and panting. Immediately afterwards, when she is searching through a box of discarded cellphones, her face is once again dry and her eyes not red, and it remains dry throughout the rest of the scene, despite her not having wiped her face at all (including the scene of her face right before Vincent impales her: her mascara is completely untouched).
