Continuity mistake: When Hank is waiting for the warrant just as he gets the phone call, we see him from inside the RV and he hasn't got his hand on his truck. Camera cuts to outside and suddenly his arm is on his truck. (00:39:00)

Continuity mistake: When Walt asks for the RV to be destroyed, there is tape over the bullet holes on both the inside and the outside of the door. However, when Hank is showing the bullet holes to the owner of the lot, he takes the tape off the outside and the light shines on Walt. No-one has touched the tape on the inside. Continuity mistake: Walt walks off from Badger and the RV, and Badger has the bottle in his left hand. Badger turns around getting his phone out of his pocket and the bottle is now in his right hand. (00:28:50)

Continuity mistake: On lower 5th, the SWAT driver yells lock and load. When he does he has 2 cable ties in loops on his left hand side of his jacket that are exactly equal in size, both the loop and the "tail." We see outside the van for a few seconds. When the camera returns to the driver, the loops are now different sizes as evident by one having a longer "tail". (01:14:00)

Continuity mistake: During the chase on Lower Fifth, the refuse truck's left headlamp is alternately present and lit, or completely missing (not just unlit). (01:13:30)

Revealing mistake: In the opening sequence, when the robbers are on the zip line, two Chicago Police squad cars (white cars with blue markings), not Gotham PD (blue with white markings) can be seen blocking off Van Buren Street for the filming. (00:01:05)

Continuity mistake: Katniss, Coin and Heavensbee are discussing Katniss staying in 13 and shooting some propo's to show she is still alive. Heavensbee has a pen in his hand that has the cap off. Camera cuts to Katniss and then back to Heavensbee and the pen lid is now replaced. In the shot of Katniss we see his arms and they do not make the motions of replacing the cap. (00:23:30)

Continuity mistake: When Katniss is stood in the square, and Haymitch is talking to the peacekeeper, her hair is either in her face or not depending on the shot. (00:37:50)

Continuity mistake: When Bond throws his gun on the bench in the sauna, the barrel is facing away from the towel. When Bond goes to get it a few moments later and Ontopov attacks him, the barrel is now facing the towel. (01:02:20)

Continuity mistake: When we first see the front of the house there is no wall. When we see Doug for the first time, outside the door is a wall. (00:00:05)

Continuity mistake: There is a shot from behind a video camera, showing a wire or cable coming out of the back of the video camera, however, in all subsequent shots the wire/cable is not present. (00:00:50)

Continuity mistake: When Xenia is crushed to death in the crotch of a tree by her safety harness, her head is looking down. When Bond and Natalya look at the dead Xenia after the helicopter explosion, her head is now looking up. (01:40:00)
