Out of Time - S1-E3
Continuity mistake: When John meets Brooke and is examining her wrist, he ends up holding her hand palm up, but in the next shot her palm is facing down.
Continuity mistake: When Deborah is talking to Mrs. Chadwick, Mrs. Chadwick's hair keeps changing position and is either covering or not covering her name tag. And when the camera is on Deborah, we still see Mrs. Chadwick's head and she doesn't move it at all.
I Surrender - S1-E10
Continuity mistake: When Asha is in the hospital, her hair is pulled back and towards her right, away from the wound and a lot of her hair is next to her right shoulder. In the next shot of her, her hair has changed position.
Borealis 301 - S1-E5
Continuity mistake: Near the end, Tom takes out the cipher key that was previously written on. But the cipher key used in the close up shots is different than the original. The words are spaced out and crossed out differently.
Continuity mistake: When Emily looks over at Wendy, Teddy, and Ron, they're huddled together and start walking away, still huddled. In the next shot, they're separated and Wendy is already a step ahead of Teddy and Ron.
Continuity mistake: Outside Rusty's bar Lucy says she's staying in room 114 of the Marlowe Inn. When Brockmire goes to see her, she's in room 411.
The Blessing of Many Fractures - S1-E8
Continuity mistake: During the fight with Zhou Cheng, Cheng does a forward flip and kicks Danny, making him stumble backwards. In the shot of Cheng lying on the ground, Danny is holding his stomach. In the shot immediately afterwards, he's holding his chest.
Other mistake: When the interviewer asks the girl what she was doing March 15th, 2016, she says she was shopping. However when the receipts are shown they say 05/15/2016. (00:10:50)
Factual error: In season 1, there is an Egyptian woman wearing ornate jewellery around her head. Unfortunately, at least 3 components are old UK currency coins from the latter half of the 20th century. Clearly visible are copper 2p pieces and one old silver 10p coin. (00:38:40)
Other mistake: When we first see Gordon aboard his jet, the shot of the jet from the outside is a flipped shot. Note the lettering on the right engine.
Continuity mistake: The jacket Anna uses to put pressure on the judge's gunshots changes in the next shot. It becomes unfolded more even though she was applying pressure the whole time.
Ashes, Ashes - S1-E6
Continuity mistake: Spoiler! At the end of the episode, after Elektra decapitates Alexandra, the blood pattern on her changes changes when she turns around and asks "any questions?" Most noticeably more blood on her forehead and two streaks down her chin that suddenly appear. (00:49:10)
Episode #2.1 - S2-E1
Factual error: Season 2 is set in 1979. Bill Tench and his wife are leaving the church and going to their car. Behind their car is parked a 1981 Chevrolet Celebrity.
Factual error: The provincial police is always described as the Ontario Police Department (OPD) instead of the correct Ontario Provincial Police (OPP).
Deliberate mistake: The police force in the town is the Gendarmerie, the standard issued firearm is the Sig Sauer P2022 in 9mm. The police officers on this show carry a Beretta and not the 9x19mm one which is the model 92fs, they carry a never issued Beretta 84 chambered in .32 acp or 9mm short. Plus they use some weird holster where the gun arches out and hangs low like a cowboy holster and dangles around. Easy for a suspect to gain control of the officers gun and this happened in this episode.
Audio problem: Right after Carol finishes studying by singing a rap to Katie, Katie congratulates her and Carol hurries out. They exchange several lines of dialogue, but it all appears to be dubbed. During most of the dialogue, each character's mouth is not shown when they speak. However, the cadence of Katie's moving jaw can still be seen from behind, and appears to last longer than the audible speech. Additionally, Katie and Carol can each be heard to speak when it can be glimpsed that their mouths are not moving.
Episode #1.2 - S1-E2
Factual error: The settlers prepare to burn Verity at the stake as a witch. Witches were never burned in England or her colonies; they were hanged.
Character mistake: One of the characters, Agent L, is usually talking to the kids via some gadget with bad audio. In The Golden Gauntlet, the first time she appears on the screen she misnames Agent J, calling him "Agent G." She then later in her speech calls him by his name correctly.
Factual error: Toby joins the War Office, handles statistics for the RAF (an Air Ministry job) and then is suddenly said to be working for the Admiralty, but still in the same office in which he has been working since the beginning of the war. These were three completely separate ministries with separate buildings. Civil servants joined one or the other.
