Continuity mistake: When Graydon Creed is testifying, the committee is seated at a table just a few feet behind him. When Beast takes the podium, Creed backs up several paces in line with the podium to almost nearly the wall. He couldn't get that close to the wall without stepping over the table. Continuity mistake: When the X-Men begin running towards the Friends of Humanity's headquarters, keep an eye on Gambit in the background on the left, and you will see his black gloves materialize onto his bare hands. (00:17:43)
